Our last night in Greenland began with a buffet of native Greenland foods. Minke whale blubber, dried Black Halibut, musk-ox hamburger, reindeer meatballs, and a seal stew were all on the menu. Somewhat to our surprise, everything was rather tasty! Then the mother of the hotel's proprietress displayed her "national costume." This is the Greenland version of the native Inuit clothing. The intricately beaded cape you can see is only part of the ensemble.
